Important Notice: TikerAI is a digital service provider delivering learning content, memberships, and collaboration tools through our online platform. As services are delivered digitally and instantly, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This policy outlines when refunds or credits are available.
2. Premium Membership Subscriptions
2.1 Refund Period (Free Trial Guarantee)
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your premium membership subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, regardless of usage. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled anytime.
2.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide your account email and subscription order ID
- Briefly explain your reason for the refund
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
2.3 Eligibility Conditions
Your refund request will be accepted if:
- Requested within 7 days of subscription activation
- Your account is in good standing (no Terms violations)
- You have not already received benefits exceeding the refund amount
- This is your first refund request on this subscription
2.4 After 7 Days
Subscriptions purchased after the 7-day refund period are non-refundable. However:
- You can cancel anytime; unused portion remains credited until billing cycle ends
- If subscription auto-renews, you can request a refund within 7 days of renewal
3. Purchased Learning Content & Digital Products
3.1 Refundable Items
Refunds may be issued for purchased digital products within 14 days of purchase if:
- Content is defective, corrupted, or missing
- Product description was materially inaccurate or misleading
- Content failed to load or access for 48+ hours
- You have accessed less than 25% of the content
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable after purchase:
- Courses/projects with >50% completion or progress
- Projects or assignments you have submitted
- Certificates or credentials already earned
- Content accessed beyond the 25% threshold
- Downloadable resources fully downloaded
- Live webinars after the session date has passed
4. Mentorship & Collaboration Services
4.1 Mentorship Session Cancellation & Refunds
For scheduled mentorship sessions:
- Cancelled 48+ hours before: Full refund or rescheduling available
- Cancelled 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or reschedule offered
- Cancelled <24 hours before: No refund (service credits offered)
- Mentor cancels: Full refund automatically issued
- User misses session: No refund; credits may be forfeited per mentor policy
4.2 Unsatisfactory Service
If a mentorship session was unsatisfactory:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of session completion
- Contact: ceo@tikerai.com
- Refunds reviewed case-by-case (typically approved for legitimate issues)
- Decision made within 5 business days
5. Tiker Cubes Purchases & Withdrawals
5.1 Cash-to-Cubes Purchases
Refund Policy for Cube Purchases:
- 7-day refund period from purchase date
- Cubes must be unused (not spent on platform purchases or premium features)
- If refund approved, cubes are credited back as cash to original payment method
- Partial refunds available if cubes were partially spent
5.2 Earned Cubes (Non-Refundable)
Cubes earned through platform activities (achievements, projects, mentorship, articles) are non-refundable. These are earned, not purchased. However:
- They can be used for premium features or other purchases
- They can be withdrawn as cash (minimum ₹5,000 / 500,000 cubes)
- Upon account deletion, earned cubes are forfeited
6. Refund Processing & Payment Methods
6.1 Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Refund Approval: 5-7 business days from submission
- Bank Processing: 5-10 additional business days depending on your bank
- Total Timeline: 10-17 business days
6.2 Refund to Payment Method
Refunds are issued to:
- Original payment method used (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet)
- If original method unavailable, alternative method arranged
- International payments refunded in original currency
6.3 Transaction Fees
Please note:
- Payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Refund amount = Purchase price - payment processing fees
7. Special Circumstances & Exceptions
7.1 When Refunds are NOT Available
TikerAI will not issue refunds if:
- Purchase was made >14 days ago (for eligible products)
- Account violated Terms of Service or community guidelines
- Account flagged for fraud or suspicious activity
- Excessive refund requests detected (may indicate abuse)
- Chargeback filed without contacting support first
- User requested deletion and later requested refund
7.2 Account Suspension/Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated:
- Active subscription credits are forfeited
- Pending refund requests may be cancelled
- No refunds for content accessed before suspension
8. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
8.1 Chargeback Policy
Important: If you file a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first:
- Your account may be permanently suspended
- You may lose access to all purchased content and earned credentials
- Future refund requests may be denied

To dispute a refund decision:
- Submit written dispute within 30 days

9. Refund for Technical Issues
If you experienced technical problems with the platform:
- Service outages <4 hours: Service credits offered
- Service outages >4 hours: Full subscription credit or refund available
- Content unavailability >48 hours: Full refund for that content

10. No Refund for Account Deletion
If you choose to delete your account:
- All subscriptions terminate immediately
- No prorated refunds issued
- Earned cubes are forfeited
- Access to all content and credentials is lost
